Good old fashioned service and quality

After viewing a few used cars in and around Norwich city centre we came across thorpe end. Say no more. Every car was immaculately cleaned and presented. We were soon to be greeted by a guy we now know to be the owner “Daniel” a very polite and friendly chap who advised us to ask if we needed anything. Needless to say we bought a Nissan micra in excellent condition proved with a full mot service and warranty. After two weeks we had a small issue with the window. The car was booked in the next day repaired and return to us all in 24hours. We purchased a brand new car in the past from a Norwich main dealer and waited three days to even get an issue looked at. So the service provided by Daniel was exceptional from start to finish. Definitely worth viewing this company’s stock as does not disappoint.
