Schedule of events:- • I first made contact with Shannon at Evans Halshaw Citroen in Bradford on Saturday 30/03/19, where I expressed interest in a car also stating I had a vehicle for PX. During this call details were taken by yourself regarding my interest and those of the car intended for PX. It was also stated at this time that my current car was due MOT & service on Tuesday the 02/04, therefore I did not want to start the purchase process until this date this was agreed with the valuation of my current car to continue. • On Monday 01/14 I received an email from yourself which was accepted. • I contacted yourself on Tuesday 02/04 to confirm MOT & service had been completed and that I now wanted to complete the purchase. • Wednesday 03/04 you contacted me to complete the financials, terms were agreed. • Thursday 03/04 I was contacted to advise delivery on Friday 04/04, I was also contacted later that day to confirm delivery with the driver. • Car arrived at my house Approx. 08:30 Friday 04/04. • Exchanged vehicle & paperwork with driver. Other than the delay instigated by myself (car MOT & service) the complete process including delivery would have been completed in 3 days. Throughout this purchase Shannon projected competence which in turn gave me confidence that I was dealing with someone who demonstrated professionalism and had sufficient subject knowledge. The above was reinforced by Shannon when not answering questions blindly, but by stating on the odd occasion she would check and get back to me (true professional).
