Purchase of a mini cooper

Saw the car on the website and booked an appointment with Tim Chandler to view and test drive the car. Tim was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The entire process from enquiring to viewing to purchasing was easy with no sales pressure or hard sell. Have given the initial process five stars. I will review again after having the car for a period of time and experiencing the after sales service.
