do not buy a warranty

Bought a VW Polo on 26/02/19 from CHC Car Sales with 6 months Silver Plus warranty from Customer Protect. Satisfied service by Jamie and his son. Two weeks later car developed a engine fault took the car to a garage.My garage communicated with warranty company Customer Protect hoping that they will cover the repair cost.they wanted all previous owner's invoices and history ,all info was emailed to Customer Protect later they refused to cover the fault stating that they will not accept the previous owners service history and invoices. If anyone buying a car from CHC car sales or and a warranty from Customer Protect, before you buy please check twice and make sure that any previous service history and invoices will be accepted by Customer Protect otherwise its pointless buying such a warranty from them. I have spoken few times with Jamie regarding this issue,he informed me that he will speak with the warranty co representative and call me back but he did not help me to resolve the problem.
