Worst dealership i have ever known

The Car Store Lincoln must be the worst dealership I have ever known. We went to pick our car up, 1, it had not been valeted, told to come back in 1 hour. 2. On returning car was valeted, went into sign, when vehicle signed over to ourselves we had a check list, side lights not working no working fog lights. 3. Carstore had vehicle for 1 week where other issues arose. 4 Picked car up on the following Thursday, on Friday DPF light came on, carried out recirc. 5. Monday after only having driven car 4 days Engine Management light came on, took it to Carstore, they said all faults cleared and no serious faults on list. 6. Following day Engine management light came on again, got independent garage to check over, the Ind Garage informed serious issues. 7. 10 days later got told car was ready, when asked Carstore if all issues sorted out the manager went to check and 1 serious fault not been sorted. 8. Contacted Trading Standards, they informed I can demand all money back. 9. Carstore had used the Warranty to sort out issue on vehicle and refused to give full amount of vehicle back and wanted to charge 45p per mile. CarStore service was poor, the staff do not have a full understanding of the cars they sell. At times very rude and service after purchase is poor, so bad at times it took 20mins for them to answer phone. I would not recommend any Carstore. One manager told us that they were moving away from Evan Halshaw, but they still trade as Evans halshaw to this day, 6 weeks later. This is a bad company, over priced and a dumping ground for unreliable trade cars. Be warned do not purchase car from these idiots
