Great service

Initially I had issues getting through to speak to someone at the Car Store Milton Keynes as I was put on hold listening to music for over 10-15 minutes anytime I called. Once I got through then there was another issue getting to speak to the right person as I was passed around and been promised that someone would call me back which they never did. I finally got my car booked in for repairs by head office. On the day I took my car in I must say I could not fault the service , staff were very friendly and accommodating. James the mechanic was really helpful as he kept me updated on the progress of my repairs, and any concerns I had he dealt with them very quickly. There was I slight issue with getting a part but William kindly went out of his way to the dealers and picked it up himself which I thought was excellent customer service, he also kept me informed and came and explained what the fault was on my car. Over all I think the crew were friendly and very helpful.
