Honest, trustworthy and VERY helpful

Chris at Shere 4x4 was helpful from the word go, allowing up to test drive a couple of the 4x4 that we were considering that they had in stock. After testing both we bought a VW Amarok from Chris at Shere 4x4 and the car was ready within the week and prepared immaculately. Unfortunately (and due to no fault of Chris or Shere) the alternator failed (taking out the belt and pulleys) within about 5 weeks - it's only when you have a problem like this that you really find out how good a dealer is. The VW was transported to Shere and diagnosed all sorted very quickly with Shere insisting on the use of genuine VW parts. Chris and Shere dealt with all the warranty paperworks as though I had bought a new car from a main dealer ! If only all car dealers were like this !!
