little things

Chatham Motor Company wasn't awful but they let themselves down in a few areas. Firstly they their sales approach was a little strong, they could have been more friendly and helpful in general. Secondly when i requested a second key for the car they didn't provide one and i ended up paying for one myself. It's little things like this that disappoint me as a paying customer and cause me to not recommend this dealership.
