Horrendous

Just back from a round journey of 2.5 hours to Bristol. I wanted to go and see the V 40 at the City Motors Bristol showroom and whilst not booking an appointment as I only wanted a quick look - this is what happened. Firstly, you can't really find any parking for customers at all. I had to drive into the car lot to squeeze my car next to for sale car from another dealership I guess. On going in there were four or five men chatting in an office standing up. The receptionist said they were too busy to show me a car. Shall I show you? She patently was very new in her job and couldn't even tell me what a model was. A guy scurrying past hissed the model to her . She couldn't find the V40 for a while but when she did I asked her which model it was. She didn't know. Anything. At all. She said I will try and find someone for the second time. I just wanted to kill myself tbh. This was torture. Bear in mind I am a cash buyer and ready to buy today. She went off to find someone but stood chatting with a guy in the showroom. He moved towards the door towards me but went in the opposite direction. I gave up at this point. And drove away. It was laughable. I am off to Swindon Volvo tomorrow and they will probably get a sale, which Volvo Bristol certainly won't.
