Sold a car which broke down, no refund.

Bought my first car from FM Motor an automatic Toyota Yaris. They assured me the car was in perfect working condition and was a great first car. After owning the car for less than a week it broke down, the warranty company that FM Motor use were unable to pay out as they clearly stated the fault existed at point of purchase. The company manager has outright refused to issue a refund and has become extremely aggressive, threatening and intimidating. Despite stating in a small claims court that he would issue the refund is still refusing to do so and rejecting any form of contact I have attempted. How this 'business' is still open I do not know. Disgusting!
