Sold us a dangerous car

Would never buy another used car from Autopoint Used Cars they sold me a car with no locking wheel nut which he did pay half to have them removed there was a mark on the windscreen he said it was ok and would affect the mot but we got stopped by the police and told it had to be repaired so that cost £180 now the discs on the front and rear need replacing he said i just put some pads on the rear at a cost of £12 but you can’t put new pads on knackered discs all it did was knacker the new £12 pads and the passenger side rear door doesn’t open from the inside and it’s not the child lock the boot only opens when it wants to. The clutch’s now needs doing the car didn’t cost a lot of money but that isn’t the point. He gave us 6 months warranty but nothing is covered on it. So not I have to do it the hard way through trading standards
