Doves Volvo Croydon Appalling customer

Very bad (awful) customer service and lack of communication at Doves Volvo in Croydon. Also I was unhappy with the cost of the final invoice as it seems that the amount of hours charged for the work done on my car does not reflect the timespan that my vehicle was there.
