Bad customer service
My EPC light came on and i was worried there was something wrong and as my warranty was almost up I wanted someone at the VW Swindon to check it.The first young man said it needed to go on the diagnostic machine and I would have the printout when finished...It was booked in for the next week ,that's when every thing went wrong.I got there by 8am as asked and after 5mins was told to wait as it was being looked at now.After 10min this person come out to me in the customers seating area and said there is nothing wrong with your car as I told you last week.because that light should come on.The thing is it has never come on before so I was worried and to talk to me like that was not very nice for me.I thenasked to go somewhere private and we went to a desk he kept saying I was not listening to him and ikept saying the same thing the light does not come on for nothing and if you have done the test on my car can I have the print out only if you pay 68pounds he said in a very rude manner.Next he said V W cant afford to pay 68pounds so if he did the test ,why cant I have the printout.They offered to do it for me ,so I don't understand what they did.All I know is he was the most rude man I have ever come across and should go and get customer service training.I will never take my car out there again.There are better V W dealers .This is a short note of what happened.
