Mr disappointed

A very unpleasant experience at Quality Cars Essex. Car description over the phone sounded great and a deposit given in good faith. On arrival at the car dealership the car was far from the description. On talking to the dealer, his immediate response was to say, "well you're not having your deposit back". His description was a mint car, ready to go. A polar opposite of what I viewed at Quality Cars Essex. I would recommend you buy elsewhere and certainly don't give a deposit unless you've actually seen what you're buying. Deposits given over the phone are not refundable, despite any promises made. Card companies wont help due to legislation that protects car dealers.
