Purchased a car from the Car Store York around 10 weeks ago.. the car was meant to of had a service and checks before it was delivered to the York store.. when I went to collect it was all smashed in and damaged at the front.. despite apparently being valeted how they didnt notice? Then service light came on.. clearly hadn't been done, and now I still havent received my log book! Very poor!!! i do not recommend this garage! I shouldnt of had to visit the garage 15 times in one Month because of problems and feel very annoyed.
