filthy courtesy car & poor service staff
Had an issue with a new car and was given a courtesy car that looked like it had been siting in a farm for the last 3 years, filthy both inside and out. BMW had told me that they had contacted head office only to find out that this was a lie and no issue had been logged. Head office had told me that i should't have to pay the £900 bill for an issue that was caused by BMW not fitting the correct parts for the car from new. The car has just turned 18 months old today. I will not use BMW Wollaston again. will go to MK or Barons at Bedford.
