Unhappy customer of Stratstone in Bedford

I purchased an 'approved' Honda CRV and was told at purchase it would have an approved Honda guarantee for 12 months. At purchase I was told the guarantee paperwork had been sent to home address. After it arrived it was a Evans Halshaw 3 month guarantee when i phoned to complain was told by a manager they would call me back and have had no contact since. Looks like i will now have to go through trading standards or county court. Buyer beware - sharp practices used at this Stratstone in Bedford.
