Bought a Mazda Demio from Pevensey Bay Car Centre. They mentioned there was a 3 month warranty with all cars. I assumed, wrongly, that included my vehicle. As it turns out, less than a month later, it broke down due to a broken radiator. After a failed attempt to come to an arrangement, I am forced to use my statutory rights and pursue legal routes to ensure I can secure fair compensation. The very fact, they sold me a broken car and is now refusing to come to any kind of compromise is a warning to any thinking of purchasing a vehicle from their Garage. They are shady and use unscrupulous business practices to get business. I strongly recommend you choose any other business.
