Standards have dropped and continue fall

Like other reviewers the standard pretty much goes downhill rapidly after you purchase your vehicle. Although car dealers/staff have a loose reputation with the truth generally you would expect better from BMW. Not so at Shrewsbury branch we have decided to purchase elsewhere as the service to-date including today is just shoddy. Although had booked appt today for a recall (faulty part) a day to fix/replace and now suddenly the courtesy car is no longer available. Arranged this a week prior. Thanks as I have nothing better to do with my time than get arsed around by some jobsworth. Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury you have just lost another customer. How many more before you realise? If your prices are a third higher eg. tyres parts services etc..... what are we paying for certainly not a superior service.
