Damage to car that wasn't pointed out prior to purchase. Conflicting advice given by dealer and employee regarding repair work that should have been carried out but eventually wasn't. No paperwork with car. Had to ask for owners manual and no service book present. Finally, MOT had incorrect mileage on it - was told initially nothing could be done. I contacted VOSA myself and resolved the issue by personal intervention. Disappointing.
