A hopeless unprofessional service

My car was significantly and deliberately overvalued by around £3k at the start. Sell your car with us sat on it and did nothing. It was only when I did the research with other car dealers did I suggest reducing the price. Had I not done so they would have done nothing about it and just kept my car at the same price. They don't really care about selling your car they just want to have a glossy online brochure of expensive cars. They have taken over £1000 from me and sold my car at a price that I could have sold it on auto-trader. Because they are so far away and I had cancelled all my insurances and on-street parking permit etc that it's not feasible or practical to go back and pick the car up from them so I am committed to a devalued sale. They are also hopeless at administration telling you at the outset that you can pay off the finance yourself then insisting that they do so only at a date at the end of the month at their choosing?? Why not pay it off straightaway and get it off the credit file ? Don't use them because £1,100 is too much to pay at a fixed price for a devalued sale
