Went into the car store dealership in Plymouth to sell my car and was dealt with by Nathan (Calder) on the 08th of march , after Nathan looked around and took some photos of my car he did the relevant paper work and sent it along with the photos to his head office , by the time we got back from taking my vehicle for a road test (10-15 min ) he had received a reply from his head office with an offer (full value) for my car, i had until the following Friday 15th ,to either accept the offer or start again at a later date, called Nathan on the Friday to arrange the sale , unfortunately he did not have any available appointments on that day so he contacted his head office to try and arrange an extension to the offer ,which he managed to do, took my car into the car store on Sunday 17th and completed the sale with Nathan , i asked when i could expect payment into my account ( as it was a Sunday ) and was informed by Nathan that it should be in my account by midnight on Monday evening , as he was not back into work until the following Wednesday he gave me his personal email address and told me that if payment was not into my account by Tuesday morning i should send him an email and he would chase it up ,payment for my car was paid into my account by 6pm on Monday evening, no hassle no fuss everything straight forward , excellent service from Nathan from start to finish , would recommend and will deal with car store again if needed.
