no after sales care

Birmingham Trade Sales were as far as car dealerships go pretty friendly and helpful enough. Car was great, just as it was on the website. However this does not tell the full story, the problem this car dealer has is a total lack of after sales care. 2 weeks after buying my car I had a fault, took me ages to find somebody who would fix it under warranty (a warranty that I paid extra for) and when I did the warranty company told me they would only pay half even though I was supposed to covered for up to £1000. I know this isn't the dealerships fault but when I called to tell them with the warranty issue they didn't want anything to do with the situation, no after sales care what so ever. This leaves me to say that I would not recommend Birmingham Trade Sales.
