Outstanding dealer

I purchased a car at a fair price at the end of 2018. After a few months, it became clear there was an issue with the oil consumption (It was an issue that could only be picked up through driving the car over time - i.e. no way Bridge Motors (BMs) would have known when they sold it). I reported this to BMs, and they immediately offered to take a look. It was assessed and fixed at a reputable mechanics during which I was offered a courtesy car and kept informed at regular intervals. On picking up the car, was provided with a copy of the invoice for my records. The issue was far from cheap to resolve, but there was no quibbling from BMs over accepting the cost. I have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending this dealer, and extend my thanks to Colin and his team - all of who I met were friendly and professional. Really exceptional customer service. Highly recommended.
