Superb customer service

I part exchanged my car for a new one. Adam Trappett at Mazda Tamworth was highly knowledgeable regarding the whole process and answered any queries that I had in a very professional manner. I received a courtesy call from him, as promised, to see whether I had any issues with the car that I had just purchased. I hope that he will still be at Johnson's Mazda when I come to part exchange my car in the future as I feel that he is a true asset to Mazda Tamworth.
