Helpful friendly service

I recently purchased a 3 series BMW that I had test driven beforehand at Bocking Car Centre, upon getting home I detected noise coming from the engine. It turned out to be the timing chain that was failing. The car was recovered by Bocking road garage and a full refund without quibble was issued to myself. My thanks to Bob for a smooth friendly service. Edit; The condition of the car was down to a previous owner not taking the car for bmw recalls, it was in no way attributable to the garage who imo are completely free of any blame.
