Harwoods Lewes - Appalling
This Friday I will be returning my Range Rover Sport Autobiography. When I purchased the car I was incredibly excited. The drive was amazing. Probably the best I had experience. Unfortunately it did not last. A constant array of issues. 25 `+ visits to Harwoods and an additional 5 call outs at home created an enormous amount of frustration. It sucked the enjoyment of owning a Range Rover. This issue has been massively compounded by the utter appalling service of Harwoods and especially their principle Patrick Lake. Patrick said `' You will never be happy with the reliability of the Ranger Rover, so I should buy a different brand. He was clearly battle weary and just gave up on me. I hear Lewes Harwoods is shutting down which based on the service I received is probably a good solution. It has been a remarkably unpleasent experience dealing with Land Rover Jaguar and Harwoods. I have just purchased a Q8 from Eastbourne Audi which was a great experience and will never return Harwoods.
