Not very impressive

Having spent 18k on a 3 year old transit from the Van Monster I nearly didn't make it home which is 130 miles away. I left the site with exhaust filter 40% full and got home in really good time so no traffic slowing me down and 85% on arrival. When I left the dealership the transit had had a service by them but the sales guy Dan had no idea what was involved in a service when asked. So yes hes happy to sell but seems thats about it. Shame really surely you would want to let the customer know what points are covered in the service before you let them take your vehicle away. Seems like the service is basic as my transit had a broken wing mirror glass and the passengers speaker was broken. Simple things that surely would have been checked before letting the vehicle go. Not very impressed and now have to spend time taking the vehicle to a local town for the filter to be looked at. I have ordered new glass and will now have to spend time taking the door card off and finding out whats wrong with the speaker.Not big jobs but not what you would expect after splashing out on a dealership vehicle.
