I've used Cooper York for my Minor service, Major Service and 3 Warranty repairs on my M140i. Each time the Service was as good as the last - perfect. I have dealt with both Service managers and Emma has been exceptional every time I have booked my car in. Her communications, Pricing and Service has been unlike anything I've ever received at other BMW dealerships. Each time I have collected or dropped my loan car off (2018 X2) my car has been cleaned and ready for collection without any delays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
