THE VAN HUB aka vans 24-7 & ashton auto!

terrible place and horrible people to deal with, paid a deposit I then arranged a courier to go collect the van, the courier arrives the van wasn't there , they pampered the courier and promised to leave him a 5 star review if he did for them ( which he did!!! he's been reported for providing a false review) although he left with no van. so I paid for courier and lost that money I then got told by one of the men that they hadn't received my payment although I provided proof that I had paid through the bank. I then get ignored and ignored by them and was given a load of ridiculous excuses and they even tried to say I was scamming them!!!! I had the proof id paid but when I requested they send me proof that they hadn't received the money they refused. so no van and no money! I then get told i'll be blocked if I called again and to stop pestering them. avoid at all costs!! they now trade under the name THE VAN HUB BRISTOL SAME ADDRESS AS VANS 24-7 AND ASHTON AUTO CENTRE, SAME PEOPLE!
