A friendly chap. Car not fit for purpose

Purchased a Jaguar X-Type from Brand Trading last March 2018 with a full MOT and no advisories. Had the car on the ramps in October 2018 to discover a dangerously corroded sub-frame which would not have happened in the space of a few months. No idea how the car passed the previous MOT.
