Really abysmal sales service!!

I was looking to change my car and thought I would look at an Audi (Q3) to replace my Evoque. I got really poor service from the sales team at HIGHLAND AUDI, Inverness. After visiting the dealer I sent my first email and then 4 days later got a reply. Then I took my car in to allow a valuation and figures to be sent to me. 4 days later, nothing. So I emailed their senior management / directors. I got a phone call from a 'manager' who really didn't sound experienced in handling complaints and he did nothing to reassure me that was a one off and that they could resolve matters. And although it was sort of left in my court whether I called him back, I still never received any figures (as originally promised) or a call from the salesperson I had been dealing with to try to correct matters. Nobody cares!! I now can't be bothered driving over 100 miles to the next nearest Audi dealer and I am utterly disappointed (it's gone way past annoyed) with HIGHLAND AUDI Inverness.
