Reasonable priced cars

I found my experience with this particular Car Store West Bromwich branch to be appalling. On my first visit i was booked in to test drive a car,once i arrived the car would not start and was concluded that it had a flat battery. Left that day feeling not pleased as the car was really nice. I saw another car i liked and thought i would give them another chance to atone.... went on the test drive all good, noticed one of the tires was a bit flat and i was promised that it would be sorted by the time i come to collect the car (due to work commitments).... arrived to collect car surprise surprise it still had a flat tyre!! They did pump it up for me but still not right. Biggest point was on the finance things were added without consulting me...was told will go through everything. Still waiting for one of the managers to call back and explain why it was added without consulting me first.... i wont hold my breath!!!! One redeeming thing for them was dave (i think) the manager was very apologetic throughout my visit.... not a good way to attract customers. Need to communicate more efficiently between staff and management.
