Bought Vauxhall antara in August 2018 from Esales Ltd in Waterlooville, transfer box failed was told by frazer that the warranty I bought could be used at any garage local to me as I live about 80 miles away and being disabled it would be easier for me got the car to the closest garage to me never been there before he took it for test drive and investigated noise transfer bearing had failed no second hand boxes available not a serviceable part I ordered new box from a firm in Scotland for 2300 pound about half price of vauxhall garage phones warranty company who said esales wanted it taken back to them I said no because Frazer told me any garage could be used the said I fitted a towbar so that voided the warranty i was extremely rude to the warranty company and i will continue to be so i was then sent a letter by lawgistics warranty company no stamp no one signed it so i will have to go to trading standards
