Poor after service

Bought a van off Congleton Trade Cars..with in 2 days car developed a coolant problem ..van returned back to him after a couple of days he rang to say it had been repaired ..got it back with in a day the coolant problem was still happening had a mechanic friend look at the van and I was told the head gasket had gone..the van was returned back to the garage again..spoke to citizen advice and was told I was in my right to ask for my money back....spoke to garage owner garry nuttle who said that’s not going to happen..sent him notice of 14 days to give me my money back as advised by trading standards ..on the 12th day without my knowing he drops the van off at my sons home ..knowing full well if he’d dropped it off at my house I would not taken it back..my mechanic has taken a look at it for me and he’s not changed the head gasket he’s filled it with gasket sealant..it’s going back to him again..spoke to garry telling him he’s not fixed just .he was flippant on the phone..I’m now taking him to small claims court..
