I have a copy of my court claim against Swiss Vans Ltd. This is my review for this van dealership. I was interested in buying a van from Swiss Vans Ltd. The total cost of the vehicle was £11,400. I asked them to inform me of any defects, marks, scratches, dinks, dents, etc to the vehicle as I had to travel so far I said that I needed to be informed of any problems and did not want to turn up and be find any. I asked for photos of any defects and was sent a photo of the rear bumper that was simply dusty plus photos of the interior that on the surface was all perfect. I travelled to Bridgend from Cheshire by train, it took over 3 hours. When I saw the vehicle it had 38 stone chips on the bonnet (that I counted), a dent in the nearside, a deep scratch to the offside, a deep scratch on the bonnet and a dent in the front  bumper. I wish to claim my train fare of £120 plus the inconvenience and loss of a whole day travelling to Bridgend and back from Cheshire.
