Absolutely dreadful service

My husband bought an Audi A4 Avant 2013 from Sharman Group, November last year. Upon driving the vehicle home he instantly found problems with the car, it shook violently when reaching 60mph and breaking and also causing the breaks to not work sufficiently, this was due to the break disks being warped by 1mm. Also The heated seat didn’t work this came on for 2-3 seconds then turned off. When pulling off at junctions or from a stationary position the car / gearbox had a major delay before shunting forward and stalling out (the car was an automatic cvt gear box so this should not happen) this was dangerous and nearly caused numerous accidents - my husband first contacted SHARMAN group straight away and voiced his concerns and wished for the vehicle to be repaired ASAP. Sharman group took the vehicle away and stated there was nothing at all wrong with the gearbox nor could they figure out what was wrong with the breaks . Only on my husbands persistence SHARMAN GROUP changed the front breaks on the car, which he thought stopped the rattling for a few weeks. My husband tried numerous times over the course of a few months to make contact with sharman group to rectify all problems mainly the erratic shunting forward of the vehicle and stalling out only to be ignored. My husband eventually with no other choice had to go through the finance company for them to sort and found out sharman group never even sent the change of ownership v5 form off so the entire time my husband owned this vehicle it wasn’t in his name! Also the finance company sent their independent mechanic out to inspect the vehicle who also found and logged that the vehicle had severe gearbox faults, also severe problems with the breaks. They also found problems with the suspension and a few other things with the vehicle.aswell as the heated seat. SHARMAN GROUP completely denied anything being wrong with the vehicle point blank. And refused to have the vehicle back.and ignored every call from my husband. My husband after having the vehicle for 3 months drove the vehicle for a period of 3 weeks total!! In the end the finance company accepted rejection of the vehicle as it was unfit and un safe for road purpose and refunded my husband with the full funds!! This company is completely disgraceful and an Absolute joke, their customer service is appalling and problem solving is a bismle . I Would NOT recommend this company at all! Please stay clear!
