My vehicle supplied sub standard

I was supplied a brand new tourneo custom by Ringways Motor Group mid December . This was delivered to me . After just 6.9k miles the 2 front tyres were down to the legal limit . These were Continental conti sport . There is no way after so few miles this should happen . So I then go to my local tyre depot for new ones to be fitted . The manager of the tyre depot then informs me that the front wheels had not been torqued up to the safety standard . So as a taxi I have been carrying people around for all that time not knowing this . As a taxi my safety and others should be paramount . This vehicle was delivered by a logistics company and am sure these wheels were removed and replaced with part worn tyres as you do not think you would have to check tyres on a brand new vehicle . I complained by letter which was a waste of time as they say I have to contact Continental No under the sale of goods act you have sold me something not fit for purpose .
