Terrible Customer Service & Expirience

Where do I start? I bought a used car from lings honda centre, on the day of collecting I was told I could not have it? When asked why I wasn't given any feedbak although the car remained for sale for the next 2 weeks online! I was promised lots everytime I complained but all promises were broken. The GM was useless, the car sales person just as bad. I'm left out of pocket badly and all I wanted was to buy a car. I will never set foot in this branch again, I advise others do the same.
