Great service - friendly & down to earth

I bought a VW Polo from L&S Appleyard just before New Year. It was a replacement car for my mother. The showroom was easy to get to and the cars were all displayed well. The dealers were really great, gave advice on selling the old car instead of trading in, arranged for the fitting of a new cambelt (which was due on the car I was buying) and from start to finish the buying process was easy, clear, transparent and free from any sales blurb or promotion of products that were not needed. Top stuff and a complete cut above the VW main dealers that I had visited. Thanks to all at this dealership as my mother has been very happy with this car since.
