DO NOT BUY FROM DODGY DEALERS

I bought an Audi A3 from A5 Motor Group only to find that the vehicle had the following faults: missing spare key, sensor fault, start/stop system fault, air conditioning fault & reverse sensors fault. First of all the vehicle was filthy, there was no fuel in the car and I had to ask for them to clean the vehicle before leaving. When I got home I realised that one of the tyres were not fit for use. I had to get this replaced which cost me an additional £110. I then found that the arm rest was broken, the driver side of the door and the boot does not shut properly and there was a missing gas cap under my bonnet. Then several weeks later a sensor sign appeared causing the start/stop sensor, reverse sensor and air conditioning to stop working. I had taken the vehicle to several local garages as advised from A5 Motor Group Ltd, as their dealership were 3 hours away from where I live. But no one could seem to find where the fault was. This had gone on for a couple of months whilst having to drive my car in the scorching heat with no air conditioning. I work full time and it is not easy having to take time off to find somewhere to get my car repaired. I was left with no choice but to then take my car to Audi to get it repaired. They were also shocked that someone sold a vehicle to me with the amount of electrical faults that appeared on their system. I had contacted the dealers on several occasions about this and have asked for us to come to a mutual agreement on how we can get the car repaired, however I have been met with no response so I had no choice but to pay for the repairs out of my own pocket. In regards to my spare key, I have still not received this and in view that this was not posted at all! When contacting the dealer with numerous phone calls and texts I then had to contact the office, I was told the dealer who sold my car to me no longer works for the company on the week of 10 May 2018, but this was not my concern, A5 Motor Group Ltd still remains fully liable for selling me a faulty vehicle, and in fact the dealer who sold the vehicle to me does still work for the company till this date. I was then advised that they cannot find the key with no replacement offered. As you can imagine my spare key which they have lost is concerning, they have all my personal details from the point of sale- what's to say that my vehicle won't be stolen off my drive? I continuously contacted A5 Motor Groups Ltd about my spare key and I was then abruptly hang up on on 3 different occasions. They would then no longer answer my calls unless I called using different numbers. They also failed to provide me with the warranty document & I paid £1000 to get my vehicle repaired. I have reported the dealers to trading standard. Stay away from these frauds!
