Unimpressive sales style

Appalling service so far from Caffyns Volkswagen Eastbourne. Salesman gave us some figures verbally on Friday and promised to email them. He was working Saturday and Sunday but by Sunday afternoon had still not sent them. When I rang to say that I expected them within the next hour or any sale would be off, I hadn't even got those words out when the receptionist put the phone down on me. I had been perfectly polite but was just going to state the situation.
