Shocking Customer Service
shocking service at Ocean BMW Torbay, salesman has now lied to us and reneged on his promise made re free service at point of sale. The pick up date was cancelled and then delayed as they presented the car in really bad state with scratches all over it and a cracked windscreen (not like this when we signed the contract.) They then took over a week to repair this and the whole experience was sub standard. I am now having to chase them daily for answers to the broken promise and still no resolution on the service that was supposed to have been done at point of sale. I have now escalated this to BMW UK. I would avoid this dealership and go somewhere else.
