I THOUGHT THAT "REPO-LIMITED" IN THE UK WAS A BIT DODGY AND AFTER ASKING ABOUT SEEING A VEHICLE AND PAYMENT DETAILS FROM THEM I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING REPLIES. 1 we don't have a brick and mortar showroom, all transactions are conducted online and after receiving payment we ship the cars to the client's delivery address. After that you will have 24 hours to inspect and test drive the car. If you decide to keep it, we will unblock the funds from our agent's bank account and sign all the paperwork, if you decide not to keep it, you will get a full refund and we will take the car back. 2 Hello, We have your reservation in place please read above details: VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: When you will send the bank transfer, the bank will ask for the reason of this payment. Regardless of the way you will send the bank transfer, over the phone, from your nearest bank office, from your online account, you will be asked the reason of the transfer. You must NEVER say you you are sending the transfer for buying a car, especially a former repossessed car. The reasons you must NEVER say that you are buying a car are: 1. Transfers sent for buying cars, especially repo cars since most of the cars are won at bank auctions, undergo a security and most often the money get lost in the bank system for weeks until they reach our agents accounts. 2. We are trying to avoid some nasty taxes that will greatly increase the price of the cars we sell. When the bank will ask for the reason of the transfer you must always say you are sending money to a family member or a friend and write ONLY the vehicle code (RL3173) as reason for the transfer, do not write the name of the car, price of the car or any other information that would lead the bank the believe that you are sending a payment for a car. If you will do as we advise, the transaction will go smoothly and we will receive the bank transfer ASAP, if you decide to actually tell the bank that you are sending a bank transfer in order to buy a car, all kinds of problems will start to appear. WOULD YOU SEND THEM MONEY? NOT ME!!
