Very bad customer service

Recently bought a car from Berkshire Vehicle Sales which had a few problems (was not expecting the best car from 2002 for £1200). One of the problems was the car only had one key as the dealer had lost it but had somehow got another one cut. He said he would look for it and let me know if he finds it (rang him a few weeks later and he had found it so i asked him to post it to me and sent him my address and still no key a week later! Called him today and he was very unprofessional when he answered practically shouting at me saying that he was in a meeting (how was i supposed to know). The other problem with the car was the engine management light was on (shouldnt have bought it because of this but desperately needed a car so close to christmas),, this turned out to be a oxygen sensor needing to be replaced on the manifold (ended up costing over £400 altogether as the manifold had to be replaced due to a damaged thread on the oxygen sensor). The engine light had also got history of being switched off, which i only found out when i got the light checked out. Didnt even get offered a warranty even though it was circled on my receipt and me declining it was circled Overall i would not recommend this garage to anyone or ask them for any help. Would give them 3 out of 10.
