Appalling service, car still not fixed!!

I bought my land rover Evoque in December and this is the third time it will have been returned, the attitude of the staff at Stratstone Land Rover Stourbridge is that they are doing you a favour when a fault is reported, I have had no apologies for any of the issues I have had. I had the car for 1 day and all of the audio system failed, it went back for 2 weeks with no updates on progress, no one returned my calls, very poor service. I also had a problem re-fueling the car, the pump would click out as if the tank was full even when empty, making it very difficult to add fuel, on telling the service team of the issue they took me to my car and with the aid of a funnel (and a big helping of patronising attitude) proceeded to show me how to place the fuel pump into the fuel tank, I was a little stunned, but suggested this wouldn't actually fix the problem, instead of actually offering any service, I had to go to a petrol station with a member of staff and try to add fuel, naturally the issue wasn't resolved and the car was taken back to the dealership, it was then returned to me with a full tank of fuel, but it seems no work was actually carried out, as the issue still isn't fixed, and again no call or apology, I have so far returned the car once a month, the service team have returned none of my calls.
