Not great

I bought a car from Mix Cars in Huntingdon in July 18, very quick to email back before buying the car but still haven't replied to my emails since buying the car. One of my tyres blew 1 month after buying the car so I checked previous mot and it started that tyre was an advisory and needing changing. Also they still havent sent me the service book that they promised to send me so I have no record of what's been done to the car.
