Poor service Steer clear

I have for an honest appraisal of a van I was interested in at Valley Van Centre. Asked the garage to take photos of all the bad bits so I knew exactly what I was buying. Asked that the vehicle be test driven before I travelled 125 miles to view it. Was told the van was MINT and it drove perfectly. Got there...! Rear bumper cracked and split. Nearside quarter panel touched up very poorly. Road tested and the vehicle started stuttering and shuddering. The bloke said it was the road surface, however, after turning back as the vehicle was getting worse it did it again. Returned to the garage and Colin could not have been more unhelpful. Requested to or hi to have the vehicle checked and just said no. Questioned my requests about the bodywork and just wasn't interested. Total Arthur Daley approach. Stay well clear of this garage
