unbelievable experience

Wow not sure where to start with The Car Store West Bromwich. travelled 100 miles to view a car that i saw advertised on cargurus got there and the car was filthy and in a very cramped position you could hardly open the doors the car was damaged in several places but i was told that if i wanted a showroom condition car then i was in the wrong place although the vehicle was priced at ovey £15.000 the salesman was well not very good and was totally dismissive of any of my concerns this was the worst and most unprofessional place that i had ever been, in a way quite comical they even tried under valuing my car although they said it was in 100% overall condition my opinion is be careful of this place they admit the stock is sourced through BCA auctions and it shows, very flakey and uncomfortable experience.
