Stay well clear
I purchased a car from Voy Prestige Motors, and part exchanged mine. On receiving my new car there was several things wrong with it. Voy asked me to take the car to a garage in a Royton and he would have the things sorted out, I travelled out of my way to the garage and the car was left with them for the day, they called me to collect and said I would have to bring it back for a few days, as they couldn’t sort it out all in one day. I again travelled out of my way to take the car back this week, and after 2 days I get a phone call to stated the car was ready, I said so everything is sorted out, they said no Voy have told them that they are not prepared to foot the bill to have all the work completed. Voy stated when challenged that they are not a charity. ( great customer service). My car is now stuck with no heated rear window or parking sensors. Voy offered me to return the car for a full refund but this isn’t an option as I have spent money transferring private plates etc. Stay well clear, owner rude and doesn’t keep to his word. I wasn’t given any warranty paperwork and I am still waiting. Also he stated that service book would be posted as previous owner has not dropped it off yet, so I am still awaiting service book too.
